Ketan D. Patel

Ketan D. Patel grew up learning about best business practices at a young age from his entrepreneurial family involved in hospitality and commercial development. This knowledge and passion are what led him to major in Business Administration in Real Estate prior to obtaining his law degree. With a law degree and a business background, Ketan immediately began practicing at a boutique law firm where he was involved in multi-million-dollar business litigation cases from the start.

As both an investor and businessman himself, Ketan understands the challenges that businesses may face. He has helped individuals form new businesses, negotiated and transacted individual business deals worth over $15 million, worked on hospitality portfolios worth over $300 million dollars, assisted healthcare professionals transact multi-million-dollar practices, and has continued to assist clients as they pursue their business ambitions. Ketan provides service to all types of business clients, no matter the size of the business.

Business isn’t Ketan’s only focus. He has a special passion and knowledge of immigration law. His team can help clients with a variety of different immigration concerns, primarily U-Visas and family-based immigration. Additionally, he is fluent in various Gujarati dialects to better assist his clients.
